How Do I Maintain My Dimpz Touch of Gold?

With proper care & maintenance, your jewelry will not turn, fade or change the color of your skin.

If for some reason it loses its shine, reach out to me!

After every use, clean your plated jewelry with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt it has acquired. Gently rubbing the surface of your gold plated jewelry using a soft jewelry cloth also helps restore shine. If your jewelry needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm, soapy water.

Please note that each piece is individually handcrafted. Due to customization and uniqueness, your item will be similar to the item pictured and will never be an exact copy.

Processing & Shipping

Processing for CUSTOM Orders is up to 5 weeks.

Processing for All Other Items is 7-10 business days.

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

All orders ship USPS Priority Express.

USPS Priority Express comes with tracking and insurance.

Packages can be tracked via www.usps.com

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

  • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Dimpztouchofgold  is not responsible for damages, lost, slow or delayed mail once your item is turned over to USPS.

  • Jewelry Sizing: Provided on each product page is sizing and options. We ask that you VERY CAREFULLY READ AND SELECT APPROPRIATE SIZE as you the customer or buyer would be the only person to know sizing for self. These errors are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. (There is no way a merchant can guess or know the size of customers buying products: Measurements around your Neck (necklaces), Wrist (bracelets), Finger (Rings), Ankle (anklet), Can be made from simple household items like a string and ruler or measuring your favorite pieces of jewelry before purchasing. Hoops sizes provided are also displayed with photos and Measurements (MM) that can be searched to be sure it is the best fitted size for yourself or as a gift. ALL CHILDREN'S COLLECTION PRODUCTS INCLUDE A "PROPER MEASUREMENT DISCLAIMER" FOR YOUR READING AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. (It is at the discretion of the Parent and/or the buyer to decide if pieces are suitable for child; we do not specify pieces for age ranges only by measurements)
